July 4th Weekend
We were all set to leave town for the holiday weekend, but Chase came down with an allergic reaction/infection the day before so we decided to stay home with him and make sure that he took his meds and left it alone. As bummed as we were to miss a weekend away, there were plenty of festivities right in town. We took Adam to the Hudson parade, met our neighbors for lunch, and caught the fireworks over the St. Croix River. We also hosted a July 4th dinner for some friends and family.

Hahaha, poor Chase looks so pathetic in that picture. Poor guy! Also, I'm not sure why my gmail account comes up as Kate and Bennie instead of Kate Schmucker. That's new, but I can't figure out how to change it so I guess we're both posting now...
