We can't believe that six months time has passed already. We are having so much fun with Adam and can't wait to see what is in store for us in the next six months!
Here are the highlights of month six:
- Adam's bottom teeth are visible beneath the gum, but still haven't come in. He drools constantly and puts everything in his mouth to soothe his aching gums (hands, feet, toys - anything!)
- He has started to sit up on his own for brief periods, but has more interest in standing than sitting.
- Adam enjoys eating. He has tried rice cereal and oatmeal and liked them both. Next up: vegetables!
- Adam is so busy. He can get his hands on everything. Although he is not crawling, he can move across the floor by rolling and scooting fairly quickly.
- He sleeps on his tummy. This has helped get him down for naps, but he is not sleeping through the night:( Maybe when the teeth come in?!
- He's a happy guy. He loves when we try to "get him" as demonstrated in the video below.
