Never gets old...

It melts my heart every time I see these two cuddle up together. In the top picture the boys were excited to wear matching shirts. In the bottom one, I caught Adam with his arm around Evan after Evan woke up with a low fever. I love that they enjoy one another (most of the time).

Cousins

The Apolds announced this month that they are moving to North Carolina. We are sure going to miss having these cute faces nearby!

Enjoying the Snow

Having activities to do in the snow makes the winter so much more bearable! Adam asks to go sledding almost daily!

Need a laugh?

As I was trying to organize pictures from the last few months, I came across a few that made me laugh out loud. Thought I would share for others that may need a good laugh too. Hope these bring a smile to your face.

Evan literally fell asleep driving this tractor around the yard

That was a tasty doughnut and this is Evan's new smile

The shirts alone are funny

What a little couch potato

Adam is so proud here. He begs Evan to sit on his lap, but rarely does Evan cooperate.

Adam thought he grew overnight. I just accidentally mixed Evan's pants in with Adam's.

And here are a few video clips that make me giggle too. The boys have us laughing everyday!!

The Aftermath

The boys have been playing non-stop with their new toys & games. They have even done a pretty good job sharing with each other. We have spent lots of lazy mornings in jammies and enjoyed some fun afternoons with friends.
Meeting Dylan, their new cousin, over a video chat. We cannot wait to meet him in person!!!
Evan LOVES this costume of Adam's, especially taking us all to jail.
Adam went sledding on the BIG hill

Thumbs up!

Christmas Day

The kids were up plenty early on Christmas Day in anticipation of what Santa may have left for them. Adam's excitement was off the charts. He kept shouting, "This is the best Christmas EVER".
Santa brought Evan some new tractors

And brought Adam some Legos

There was even a present to share!

Adam and Aaron headed downstairs to start building right away

Evan is very attached to this hay baler
We headed to Grandma and Grandpa's for a homemade spaghetti dinner and more gifts. Adam received a crossbow and we all had a blast trying it out.
Family shot (we sometimes call Evan "Mr. Grumpfish" because he doesn't smile easily)

Grandpa was excited to try out his fitness ball
