Bird's-eye view

Adam has been carefully monitoring the nest under our deck. We discovered five eggs inside. One night when we were checking on it, we were able to watch one of the babies hatching. He is so intrigued by them and especially likes watching the mommy bird bring food to them.

Nolan Turns Two

We were able to celebrate Nolan's 2nd birthday and catch up with some high school friends too. It's so nice to have boys all at the same age!

Sweet Tooth

Adam takes after me in that he has a major sweet tooth. I was just browsing through pictures over the last week and found a picture of him diving into a cupcake, a s'more, and some ice cream.

Happy [Birth] Day Mommy!

Adam welcomed his mommy in the morning with a big "Happy Day Mommy!" Betsy had a wonderful birthday weekend, capped off with a sinful dessert from the Lake Elmo Inn with her parents, Uncle Matt, and Nancy.
