Adam loves helping in the kitchen, so we decided to make some Halloween brownies. I think he enjoyed the finished product even more. He definitely has a sweet tooth like his mommy:)

Aamodt's Apple Farm

We wanted to take advantage of some of our final days of fall at the Aamodt Apple Farm. They have some fun stuff for kids including tractor rides, a hay maze, and tractor trikes. I think they usually have a petting zoo too, but we were too late in the season for that.

A Golden Birthday

Happy Golden Birthday Aunt Amy! We had fun celebrating with you this weekend!!

Each year Aaron and I have a friendly pumpkin-carving competition. Our neighbors would judge our pumpkins on Halloween night and declare a winner. This year, we're opening the voting up to you. Polls close at midnight on October 30th and the winner will be announced on Halloween. Adam helped to create both masterpieces:)

We headed just down the road to Country Sun to pick out pumpkins. They have a lot to entertain kids including a petting zoo and tractors. We came home with two pumpkins that were a bit bigger than the ones Adam picked out.

Adam LOVES wearing his new boots. Now if we could just convince him to like wearing a jacket...

Caretaker

Adam has always been attached to Chase, but lately he has been giving Chase hugs and kisses all day long. He loves to put Chase's food in his bowl and give him treats. He takes good care of his stuffed animals too. I see him sharing snacks and water with them throughout each day.

Great Day

Kate - hope you had a great birthday today. Adam was in rare form this evening... must have been a combination of your birthday and the excitement of the Twins game.

SJU Homecoming

We re-lived our college days with a trip back to the SJU campus for Homecoming with some friends. The football game was amazing. The Johnnies won in the final seconds with a long field goal. We decided to leave Adam with Nana & Papa while we watched the game since it fell right over his nap time, but he was there in spirit.
